Good News: Eligible Indiana residents may sign up for HIP coverage all year long. Tulip Tree can help uninsured eligible patients enroll in immediate Medicaid insurance coverage. Our Enrollment Staff is available to help you by phone or in person.

Since the Open Enrollment Period for this year is over, you can only enroll in or change a health plan if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
• Plans offered at HealthCare.gov cover comprehensive benefits like preventive care, check-ups, mental health care, prescriptions, hospitalizations, and more
• When shopping for a plan on HealthCare.gov, you cannot be charged more based on your health history or status.
• When enrolling in an ACA plan, you will never be asked about your medical history. The only factors that influence the price of your plan are your geography, age, and whether or not you are a smoker
• Accidents can happen anytime – get peace of mind knowing you’re covered if the unexpected happens.

Tulip Tree Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Fort Branch in Gibson County, Indiana. Our mission is to serve people who are uninsured and underinsured by providing high quality, affordable, compassionate and accessible medical, dental, and behavioral health care.
Our patients come to us from throughout southwest Indiana and neighboring counties of Illinois. We accept all Medicaid, HIP 2.0, Medicare, Affordable Care Act insurance coverages and most commercial plans. We are always accepting new patients whether you have insurance or not.
Tulip Tree Family Health Care opened its doors in 1999 and we have been growing to meet the needs of our patients ever since. Our clinic is supported by fees paid by patients and insurance companies for services, grants from the Indiana State Department of Health, grants from private foundations and businesses, and individual donations.

Tulip Tree is Now Open in Princeton!
Tulip Tree is proud to announce that we now have a second location in Princeton! Our new building can be found at 108 N. Main Street, across from the Gibson County Courthouse. When you visit us, please enter from the “rear” of the building. This will function as our entrance since it allows for plenty of patient parking.
